I rarely lose respect for a team, but when I do, it’s usually because of it’s fan base. This season, its happened a few times. I lost respect for SF Giants fans, because of the whole Buster Posey incident. It wasn’t Scott Cousins fault Posey got hurt, and the fact that you send him death threats makes me angry. And second, I lost respect for Yankees fans, because they expect everybody to feel sorry for them after one of their players gets injured, and expect everybody to love them!
I don’t expect you to like them, but I sure as hell expect you to respect them.
